Masti's Weekly Base Pay — called Anchor Basic Salary in the policy — is a weekly amount paid to eligible hosts on top of their bean activity. It is not automatic: the policy lists specific weekly conditions, and you must meet all of them first. This guide sets out the amounts, the agency bonus and every condition, exactly as published.

Levels and amounts

There are two levels, S and A. Each has a base amount and an agency bonus:

Masti weekly base pay levels, base amount, agency bonus and total
LevelBaseAgency bonusIn total
S15$3$18$
A10$2$12$

The policy expresses these amounts with a "$" symbol, and we show them the same way — no conversion to INR. The "In total" column is the base plus the agency bonus for that level.

Weekly conditions

Both levels share the same qualifying conditions. According to the policy, in the week you must reach:

ConditionRequirement
Weekly valid days5
Daily work time4 hours (2 hours in peak time)
Call answer rate> 90%
Text response rate> 80%

The policy is explicit: you need to reach all requirements first to get the basic salary. Missing any single one means no base pay for that week.

Timing and payment

  • Data refresh: every Monday 0 AM (Indian time).
  • Payment: the basic salary is sent to the host's ID in beans every Monday by the system.

Because it is paid in beans, the amount then follows the standard withdrawal rules and the 10,000 beans = 80 INR conversion.

What "peak time" means

The policy defines peak time as 9 PM to 1 AM (Indian time). Of the 4 hours of daily work time, 2 must fall inside that window.

What this is not

Some third-party material describes Masti base pay as having "no target requirement". That framing can be misleading: the policy clearly lists valid days, work time, a call answer rate and a text response rate as requirements. This site presents base pay as conditional, because that is what the policy says. It is also not a salary in an employment sense — hosting is not employment.

FAQ

According to the Masti policy, Level S is 15$ base plus a 3$ agency bonus (18$ in total) and Level A is 10$ base plus a 2$ agency bonus (12$ in total). Amounts are shown in the currency used by the policy and are not converted.

You must reach all of these in the week: 5 weekly valid days, 4 hours of daily work time (2 hours in peak time), a call answer rate above 90% and a text response rate above 80%. All requirements must be met first to receive the basic salary.

The data refreshes every Monday 0 AM (Indian time), and the basic salary is sent to the host's ID in beans every Monday by the system.

No. It is conditional. If any one of the weekly requirements — valid days, work time, call answer rate or text response rate — is not met, the base pay does not apply for that week.
