Masti Hosting and Masti Agency are two different roles on the same platform. Hosts go live and earn from their own activity; agencies recruit and manage hosts and earn a commission on the team's combined output. They also register through different links. This guide compares them across the points that matter, using only the official Masti policy.

How each earns

Host

Private calls 800–1500 beans/min, match calls 500 beans/min, gifts a 30% share (159–135999 beans), paid images 49–699 beans each, replies 10–16 beans each. Beans convert at 10,000 beans = 80 INR. Eligible hosts may also receive weekly base pay: Level S 18$ total, Level A 12$ total, subject to conditions.

Agency

Commission is a percentage of the combined weekly earnings (basic income + match bonus) of all the agency's anchors: 10% below 40,000 INR, rising through 14%, 18%, 22%, 28%, 35% and 40% at 1,200,000 INR or more. A parent agency can also earn 10%–30% on each sub-agency's weekly bean income.

Pick your path

Two different roles, two different links. Choose the one that fits your goal.

Requirements compared

Host requirements

  • One account per anchor; no multiple working IDs.
  • No personal contacts, no offline transactions.
  • Quiet, clean space; stable internet; good make-up and dress.
  • Engage users; stay positive; meet the photo and video standard.

Agency requirements

  • Recruit from other apps, not from existing Masti agencies.
  • Over 10 active anchors (1 hour+), 5+ working weekly.
  • 5 salaried anchors (50,000+ income/week) within one month of joining.
  • No promoting other apps inside Masti.

Responsibilities

A host is responsible for their own schedule, conduct and media quality. An agency is responsible for other people: onboarding, policy guidance, daily support, and encouraging hosts to work and follow the rules — plus, if it adds sub-agencies, helping them recruit and manage hosts.

How each registers

  • Host: download the Masti app, enter invitation code 3wii20, set up a profile to the media standard, then start taking calls. See How to Become a Masti Host.
  • Agency: open the Masti Agency registration link, submit details for an official review, then start recruiting. See the Masti Agency Registration Guide.

Which should you choose?

  • Choose hosting if you want to be on camera, control your own hours, and earn from your own calls, gifts and replies.
  • Choose an agency if you can recruit hosts from other apps, want to build and support a team, and are comfortable being measured on group performance and activity thresholds.

Neither path guarantees income. Both depend on meeting the applicable Masti conditions.

FAQ

They are separate roles with separate registration links. The policy defines host rules and agency rules independently. If you are considering both, review each set of requirements carefully and register through the correct link for each.

The policy sets bean values and base pay levels for hosts, and commission rates for agencies, but it does not state guaranteed amounts for either. Host earnings depend on personal activity; agency commission depends on the combined output of a team.

No. Hosts register in the app using the download link and invitation code 3wii20. Agencies use the separate Masti Agency registration link and go through an official review.
