A Masti agency is judged on activity, not just registration. The policy sets concrete numeric thresholds an agency must reach and keep, and it is direct about the consequences of falling short. Every figure below is reproduced exactly from the official Masti agency policy.

Recruitment requirements

  • Recruit from other apps. You are not allowed to bring existing Masti anchors from other agencies into your agency. Violations lead to a ban and all salaries suspended.
  • Applicant profile. The policy states young and good-looking applicants are required — around the age of 18–35 with a good appearance. Unqualified applicants are rejected.

Active-anchor thresholds

The policy calls this "Anchor Boost". An agency must maintain:

Masti agency active-anchor requirements
RequirementThreshold
Total active anchors (working hours ≥ 1 hour)Over 10
Anchors working each weekMore than 5
Salaried anchors within one month of joiningAt least 5 (min 50,000 income/week)

The policy states plainly: your agency will be dismissed if you don't have enough anchors after joining.

The one-month salaried rule

According to the policy, agencies with fewer than 5 salaried anchors (minimum 50,000 income per week) one month after joining Masti will be dismissed — and the anchors can then choose to join other agencies by themselves. This makes the first month the most important stretch for a new agency.

Violation rules

  • No promoting other apps in Masti. The agency can be cancelled immediately.
  • Protect Masti's reputation. Agencies should protect Masti's fame and reputation and encourage hosts to work and follow the rules.
  • Penalties. Any violation can result in severe penalties, including but not limited to salary suspension, agency dismissal, or a permanent ban.

Sub-agency requirements

If you plan to add sub-agencies, the policy requires:

  • Official review before inviting a sub-agency.
  • The sub-agency must have at least 5 active hosts and weekly earnings of at least $100, with previous platform data provided.
  • The sub-agency should maintain those figures (5+ active hosts, $100+ weekly earnings) to remain active.
  • The parent binding is permanent, cannot be changed, and a sub-agency cannot be transferred.
  • Fake data, fake hosts, multiple accounts, account trading and recruiting hosts from other Masti agencies are strictly prohibited.

Quick checklist

  • Recruiting only from other apps — not from other Masti agencies.
  • Over 10 active anchors, 5+ working weekly.
  • 5 salaried anchors (50,000+ income/week) within the first month.
  • No promotion of other apps inside Masti.
  • Sub-agencies reviewed and meeting the 5-host / $100-weekly bar.
